About Us

Casey and Katherine are two women, mothers, and certified nutrition counselors, who have laughed, cried, lived on lattes and worked ‘till the wee hours of the night, until they learned to love kale, cook quinoa and take time to breathe.  Casey convinced her husband to embrace nutrition as he struggled with an autoimmune disease, and Katherine kicked her son’s allergies to the curb when she changed the way she fed her family. They became so passionate about real food they began spreading the word far and wide through their articles in The Washington Post, their national talks, their individual counseling, and their work with schools and doctors.
